These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Visspo. By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Visspo aggregates publicly available job listings from employer career pages and provides tools such as AI resume analysis. We are not the employer for any listed role and do not process applications on your behalf.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute Visspo content.
• Do not attempt to breach the security of the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

4. Premium purchases

Premium is a one-time payment that unlocks access for 30 days from the date of purchase. Pricing is displayed on the pricing page. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund terms.

5. Third-party links

Job links direct you to third-party employer websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or hiring decisions.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any listed role is currently open, that sponsorship will be offered, or that you will receive an interview or offer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visspo will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
