Refund & Cancellation Policy

Visspo Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks features for 30 days. There is no auto-renewing subscription, so there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends after 30 days unless you purchase again.
1. Eligibility for refund
We want you to be happy with Visspo Premium. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Premium features and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Non-refundable cases
- Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- Change of mind after you have already used Premium features (e.g. generated resume reports).
- Dissatisfaction with job availability, sponsorship outcomes or hiring decisions, which are outside our control.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@visspo.com from the address on your Visspo account with your order reference and a short description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
5. Cancellation
Because Premium is a one-time purchase, there is no recurring charge to cancel. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.
